1. Why did you start Taekwon-Do: My husband and my son were already members of the class.  My daughter and i had an open summer and decided to learn more about self-defense together.
2. What made you interested enough to join: Our entire family joined and wanted to learn together. We enjoyed having a physical activity that we could all participate in. 
3. What did you think being a black belt meant before you started training: Being really tough and always being able to defend myself..
4. What do you think being a black belt means now: 
A lifelong pursuit to imporove my physical fitness, knowledge of the art of Taekwon-Do, and self-control while learning tactics in self-defense and a willingness to share this knowledge and pursuit with others.

 

5. What changed your opinion: More experience in Taekwon-Do and time with seniors who share their experience and knowledge with us.
6. What was your goal when you started Taekwon-Do: To try out a new activity with my family.
7. What is your goal now: To continue to learn more about Taekwon-Do while sharing this love with others.
