Reflections: USTF Instructor Course
I liked that Grand Master Winegar explained everything so us kids can understand. I also got a lot of etiquette. I learned how to treat a grand master, the names of techniques and a lot of tools. My opinion never changes about Taekwon-Do, I still think it is awesome.
